Swing into Colony Weekend Lunches 2007

Bottled water and chocolate chip cookie included with lunches
Choice of the following lunches:
- Chinese Chicken Salad
Tossed with Mandarin oranges, waterchestnuts, sliced chicken breast and fried wontons. Served with sesame ginger vinaigrette on the side. Side of foccacia bread.
- Smoked Salmon Salad
Tossed with McGees own smoked salmon, feta cheese, sliced red onion. Served with balsamic vinaigrette on the side. Side of focaccia bread.
- Chicken Fetticini Alfredo
Grilled and sliced chicken breast on top of a bed of creamy fetticini alfredo. Served with Foccacia bread.
- Grilled Vegetable Sandwich
Assorted grilled vegetables: squash, zucchini, pepper, onion, mushroom on a roll with roasted red pepper aioli. Side of fruit
- South Carolina Pulled Pork
Pork cooked slowly in cider vinegar with coleslaw layered on top. Side of fruit
